| 450 g |
sirloin tip beef cut into 2.5 cm/1-inch cubes 60 mL lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
| 30 mL |
olive oil |
| 3 |
garlic cloves, minced |
| 5 ml |
dried rosemary, crushed |
| 5 ml |
dried oregano |
| 2 |
cloves of garlic (minced) |
| 2.5 ml |
dried thyme |
| 2.5 mL |
pepper |

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients with beef. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Marinate in the refrigerator for approximately 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
Place meat on skewers, with space in between each cube (or a vegetable if you wish). Grill on a greased grill over medium heat for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning often.
Serve with tzatziki, fresh chopped tomatoes and thinly sliced lettuce on a pita or with basmati rice.
